Folks,
go to the AILA site. and make this query as shown below. They have also started something similar and the idea as i expressed in my previous post is to contact congress about this problem. They also have a sample letter on this search.

Murthy.com is also doing something similar but folks we need a lof of people to come forward and kinda pester these senators and law makers, trying to impress the idea of contribution of foreigners.

Hi all!
I did quick search on this website and notice nothing about infopass experience at Detroit, MI office ( ... I am sure someone smarty pants is going to say I didn't search hard enough), anyway I wanted to share my expereience, so started this thread.
I have apointment tommorow, and will share what happened ( or didn't). If you had been already thru this, please feel free to share pointers.

We had to go through the same situation. If you have registered for online notifications then you will get an email about the RFE. The actual letter reaches the lawyer around 7 days after the RFE was generated. So you have enough time to complete the medical tests once you get the RFE email and then submit the response immediately when you get the letter.
The only thing is that USCIS sends back the original medical form along with the letter and asks the doctor to update that form.

I paper filed at TSC on Dec16th got approval on Jan11th, the pace is pretty good considering the holidays in between.

C'mon guys, you are supposed to be the smartes of the smart here. The bill referenced above has nothing for EB-immigrants true, but it is not the Bill proposed in the US House for CIR in 2010 (it has ZERO Co-sponsors), the "good one" is HR 4321 (93 co-sponsors):

nothing seems to be moving forward...and this is the last week for Aug 17th...so the more # of rejections/denials without possibility to reapply/re-appeal the less burden or number of applications they will have to process...my thoughts!

If you filed a Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, on July 30, 2007, or after, and you paid the I-485 application fee required, then no fee is required to file a request for employment authorization on Form I-765. If you are filing for an extension of your Employment Authorization and your Form I-485, Application for Permanent Residence, was filed before July 30, 2007, then you must pay the $340 filing fee.
Based on the above text, you are supposed to pay $340. Chances are that your EAD application might be rejected due to no filing fee.

Last week we all got the LUD of 08/05/2007 also a Sunday. My lawyer said maybe it was a mass update, but now I am beginning to wonder if that is the case.
Now this is a THEORY but what if every Sunday they are updating the packages being sent from NSC to TSC. The very fact that there is an LUD update means 1 important thing

My employer (decent size company over 700 employees) responded back after several followups I got this answer back
" Wehave not yet started the forms processing as we have been gathering information from all of the employees that qualify for permanent residency".
What qulification they want to do after labor and approved I-140? my PD is Sept 2002 EB3. huh.....

This brings up a seperate question if employment gaps are not allowed in EB AOS then what if EAD renewal does not come in time. I have no idea about that one. Its messy. US really needs CIR they need to do some house cleaning.
if ead renewal keeps you away from work, then i guess you can always be on a short vacation locally ...a month or two? i think vacation is allowed.
